Quick Fix - Search and Replace Script

How to create hours of free time for yourself
Even with today's scripting technology, sometimes you still need to find and replace lines of text in every file on your server. Well now you can! Using Quick Fix, you will be able to find and replace a string of text in every file on your server with one click. Similar to search and replace functions you use in text editors, except you can apply changes to multiple files simultaneously, in multiple directories on your web site server.

Our test show Quick Fix will find and replace strings of text in 310 files across 88 directories in less than 2 seconds. That's all it takes. Just a few seconds for you to enter the text, press the button and Search and Replace will find and replace all instances of the text string. It will then list all files edited (as links) so you can quickly and easily check results.

Simply enter the text you're searching for, the text you'd like it to be replaced with, select the folder or folders you'd like to search and press the button. Quick Fix will quickly apply all changes and you're done. A massive time saver when you're wanting to update text in hundreds or thousands or of files on your website.
